We have a Sentricon contract and called for service because our gutter installer suggested we might have an issue. Modern sent Alex the very next day. We were pleased to see him because he had previously provided scheduled services to us and we knew how thorough he was. He was great; very reassuring and said although we did not have termites, he would have all of our stations double-checked. We have dealt with Modern for over 20 years and they have always been responsive to our needs with great termite, rodent, and roach prevention. We have been with Modern Pest Control for many years and have always been very happy with your service. Recently, one of their newer employees, Maurice, came by to check our home for service. Maurice has been really great! He is an industrious, smart, friendly, and dedicated young employee. He found some issues with an opening from the outside to our attic that led to some rodent activity. He was kind and very helpful/diligent in returning to check to ensure the rodents were out and the opening had been properly sealed and we were happy customers! Joe came out to see what my issue was. Right off the bat he said that I had carpenter ants. He was very thorough explaining what my options were. We decided which way to go and Joe hopped to it. After he left, a few hours later, there were no carpenter ants to be found. He said that he would be coming back out in two weeks to make sure everything is ok. I am confident it will be. Nathan is the best! He makes sure our house is well covered from the outside as well as the garage. Very prompt and always communicative. Getting service once a quarter is enough, but if you need them to come back in between, it is part of the service. We only needed that once in the 6 years we have been using the service. Again, Nathan is great at his job and a really great person to talk to. Modern Pest is the way to go if you need a pest service.

Highly Recommend Modern Pest Control
My technician went above and beyond. It had been raining earlier in the day, and when my technician texted that he was on his way, I mentioned that I had a package at the front door and was worried that it would be soaked with the severity of the storms. When he couldn’t reach me by text or cell when he was on site (he wanted to know if the garage door was open so he could put the package in the garage), he went ahead and moved it further under the porch roof to try to protect it further. I was so happy. As for regular service, I love it. My quarterly visits are just the outside. If I see anything inside, I schedule a visit, and they come back. It’s great. I have been very happy with Modern Pest Control and highly recommend them!
