We recently moved back to Texas after having been gone for 6 years. We knew we wanted to search out our previous pest control company since we moved right back into our old neighborhood. Turns out they are still providing great service in our old community and we even have the same technician. I feel like that kind of staff loyalty says a lot about the company.
Not only did they quickly come to perform our first pest treatment, but we soon discovered there were rats getting into the attic. Modern Pest Control Rodent Division to the rescue! They gave us a fair price and even a small discount as returning customers. Their visit to inspect was thorough, then a few days later they were working to seal up any entry points for 3 hours+. After they left I really believed we won't be dealing with rodents again for a long while.
One of my favorite things about Modern Pest Control are the ways they've always educated me on all the various parts of keeping creepy crawly critters away from our property, and of course the safety they ensure for our family. I honestly feel like they always put us and our pets first!

Modern Pest Control Never Disappoints
Modern Pest Control never disappoints! They make sure that y’all are well taken care of!
We had rodent exclusion installed. Though we had two mice after the exclusion, they made sure that they were caught and resealed the entry points! Never had any issue since then. The second person to do the rodent exclusion was Keylan! He’s done a fantastic job!
We also had Sentricon system installed by Yohannes. Very hard-working and very kind man. He made sure to come back and check the Sentricons are installed underground very well.
For the pest control, initially we’ve been having problems of insects getting inside the home. So, they sent the best of the best of the best, sir! His name’s Chris who worked wonderfully! After his visit, we never ever had any issue!
We trust them because our best friends use them! And now that we are certain they provide excellent service, we RECOMMEND THEM!

Billy is awesome. We have used him for many years. In fact, my whole family uses him. He is kind, responsive, and helpful. When my son was little, he even let my little boy follow him inside in a few rooms with his flashlight. The company is great as well. This time, we needed him to get rid of some wasps in a fence. He spent a long time and was very diligent, especially since he knew my dad and son had been stung by one. Look no further for another company and ask for Billy!
