We have a Sentricon contract and called for service because our gutter installer suggested we might have an issue. Modern sent Alex the very next day. We were pleased to see him because he had previously provided scheduled services to us and we knew how thorough he was. We can only tell the BEST about Modern Pest Control since we bought our house 18 years ago. It was offered through our builder. It’s a termite prevention contract with a yearly inspection.
