I have been a customer of Modern Pest Control for many years and they have always delivered exceptional service at my home. Whenever I have had an issue with squirrels or raccoons coming into my attic, they immediately came to solve any issue, fixed the problem, and came as many times as needed until it was resolved entirely. I trust them 100%. Their employees are very knowledgeable in what they do and respectful.

I had used Modern Pest control as recommended by a friend due to having rats and squirrels in my attic. They made a one-way door to get the squirrels out but made sure not to kill them. They also used kill traps for the rats and sealed my house. The rats were coming in along the AC lines. After getting a new roof, I had to get them out again to reseal (never thought of that when scheduling the roof!). Keylan was very professional, friendly, and worked around my schedule. Manager Dell was awesome when we hit some areas of concern and made sure the job was done right and I was satisfied. I highly recommend Modern Pest!

The crew Alex and Derrick were very friendly and professional. They told me what services they were going to perform and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. Alex and Derrick worked very well as a team, and you could tell they care about their quality of work and asked me if I had any questions through the process. Once on the roof, Alex noticed that a short section of one of the gutters was full of pine needles and said he would clean that out for me while he was there. Very happy with Modern Pest Jul 14, 2024

We have used Modern for our pest control for years and have always had a nice tech to work with. The other day we had the odor of a dead animal in our breezeway so I gave Modern a call. Diego was assigned to our call and he promised to come out the next morning. As promised he gave me a call in the morning as he was heading to our house. Strangely after noticing the smell for a couple of days, the smell seemed to be gone when I checked the area while I waited for Diego. He arrived a few minutes later and he could not find an animal. He looked in and around our laundry area there in the breezeway, in and under and behind the washer and dryer and even around the outside back wall. I think a stray cat or other local animal must have taken the carcass away during the night. Diego and I agreed that the animal must be gone so he left. I was very happy that the animal was gone but the best part was that later that day the office sent us a bill for $0.00. I really appreciated them giving us a break on the charges.
